Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Sales Strategy Manager to lead and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns for our local & ecommerce clients across Meta Advertising. This role combines strategic planning, digital infrastructure management, and sales optimization to scale online revenue through high-performance ad systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-funnel sales strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
• Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs to guide UGC creators and video editors.
• Coordinate remote teams of creators, designers, and media buyers.
• Lead weekly performance reviews using tools like Motion and Atria.
• Manage CRM workflows and automations through GoHighLevel.
• Oversee landing pages and conversion paths with developers and CRO specialists.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform ad strategy.
• Develop AI-informed creative and targeting strategies.
• Set up and track KPIs to meet revenue and ROAS goals.
• Maintain project plans using ClickUp or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or sales strategy.
• Proven success managing Meta, TikTok, or Google campaigns.
• Experience working with UGC creators and designers.
• Familiarity with Motion and Atria analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and funnel automation (GoHighLevel).
• Experience with ClickUp or other PM tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or freelance experience managing multiple brands.
• Experience with DTC and eCommerce advertising.
• Experience working with web or landing page teams.
