Deposits or retainers may be required before work begins

You retain full ownership of all assets and materials you provide.

5.2 Project Deliverables

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment

Hoski retains ownership of drafts, internal tools, and frameworks

Hoski reserves the right to showcase completed work unless restricted in writing

5.3 Third-Party Content

Fonts, stock images, and other licensed materials may be subject to third-party terms and conditions.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Included revisions will be defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)

Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed at standard rates

7. Timeline

Project timelines depend on both parties. Hoski is not responsible for delays caused by:

Delayed client feedback

Scope changes

Third-party service providers

Technical limitations

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public project information confidential, except where such information is already publicly available.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Hoski does not guarantee:

Specific marketing or business results

Error-free or uninterrupted service

Performance or reliability of third-party platforms

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice

Clients must pay for all completed work up to termination

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Hoski may withhold deliverables until all outstanding invoices are paid

11. Limitation of Liability

Hoski is not liable for:

Lost profits

Business interruption

Loss of data

Indirect or consequential damages

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations

Attempt to breach security or gain unauthorized access
